Şirketimiz, bir Avrupa ülkesinin açmış olduğu Taktik Tekerlekli Zırhlı Araç alımına ilişkin ihaleye 23 Kasım 2022 tarihinde teklif vermiş olup; ihaleyi kazandığımız tarafımıza bildirilmiş ve sözleşme görüşmeleri olumlu sonuçlanmıştır. Söz konusu sözleşme 18 Ekim 2023 tarihinde imzalanacaktır .

Toplam sözleşme bedeli yaklaşık 130 milyon Euro olup, sözleşme 6x6 Taktik Tekerlekli Zırhlı Araç alımı ile bu araçların bakım ekipmanları ve eğitim hizmetlerini kapsamaktadır. Sözleşme,  gerekli resmi makam onaylarının alınması sonrası, teminat mektubu işlemlerinin tamamlanması ve avans ödemesinin yapılmasını takiben yürürlüğe girecektir. Sözleşmeye konu teslimatların 2024 yılı ikinci yarısında başlaması ve 2025 yılı içerisinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

Bu açıklamada bahsi geçen ihaleye teklif verilmesine ilişkin olarak, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 10.11.2017 tarih ve 2017/18 sayılı kararı ile verdiği yetkiye istinaden, Genel Müdürlük tarafından Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin 6'ncı maddesi kapsamında, ihaleye teklif verildiği bilgisinin açıklanmasının ihalenin sonuçlanarak sözleşmenin imzalanmasına kadar ertelenmesine karar verilmiştir. Erteleme kararı, ihaleye ilişkin sürecin olumsuz yönde etkilenmemesi ve Şirketimiz meşru çıkarlarının ve rekabet gücünün korunması amaçlarıyla alınmıştır. Gelinen aşamada ihale sürecine ilişkin ihale makamı tarafından yapılacak bilgilendirmeler nedeniyle gizlilik sağlanamayacağından, işbu açıklama yapılmaktadır.

On November 23, 2022, our company submitted a bid for the tender for the procurement of Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicles opened by a European country; we were informed that our company won the tender and the contract negotiations were concluded positively. The contract will be signed on October 18, 2023.

The total contract price is approximately 130 million Euros and contract includes the procurement of 6x6 Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicles, maintenance equipment and training services of these vehicles. The contract will be effective after obtaining the necessary official approvals, completing the letter of guarantee transactions and receiving the advance payment. The deliveries, subject to the contract, are planned to start in the second half of 2024 and to be completed in 2025.

Regarding the bidding for the tender mentioned in this statement, in accordance with the authority granted by the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 10.11.2017 and numbered 2017/18, it has been decided by the General Directorate within the scope of Article 6 of the Special Circumstances Communiqué to postpone the disclosure of the information that a bid for the tender has been submitted until the conclusion of the tender and the signing of the contract. The decision to postpone has been taken in order not to adversely affect the tender process and to protect the legitimate interests and competitive power of our Company. This statement is being made as confidentiality cannot be ensured at this stage due to the information to be disclosed by the contracting authority regarding the contracting process.
