Ref: Our statement dated 15 September 2023, 11 August 2023 and 1 August 2023 It was announced that the applications for the renewal of the issuance ceiling were made to the Capital Markets Board, Borsa Istanbul (BIAŞ) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) on 11 August 2023, within the scope of the decision of our Bank's Board of Directors, dated 31 July 2023, regarding the issuance of financial bills and/or bonds up to a maximum of TL 25,000,000,000 TL (twenty-five billion Turkish Liras), and authorization of all necessary transactions related to the issuance to be performed by the relevant managers and BRSA has approved to allow our Bank to issue bills/bonds in Turkish Lira up to a total of 25,000,000,000 TL on 15 September 2023. The renewal of the issueance ceiling application was approved by the Capital Markets Board, and the approval was published in the Board's bulletin dated 18.10.2023 and numbered 2023/62. The approved documents will be announced on Public Disclosure Platform, when they are submitted to our Bank.
