Kira Sertifikası ihracından sağlanan gelir, Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. nezdinde Şirketimiz adına ve Kira Sertifikası sahipleri hesabına açılan Özel Fon Havuzu Katılma Hesabına (ÖFH) aktarılmıştır. İhraç edilen kira sertifikalarının her bir dönemsel getiri ödemesine baz teşkil edecek "Yıllıklandırılmış Brüt Basit Getiri Oranı" hesaplanırken, dönemsel getiri ödeme tarihinden bir iş günü önce açıklanan Özel Fon Havuzu Katılma Hesabının 95/5 kâr paylaşım oranı dikkate alınacaktır. Yıllıklandırılmış Brüt Basit Getiri Oranı dönemsel ödeme tarihinden bir iş günü önce Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformunda yayınlanacaktır.
