Şirketimiz 30 Eylül 2023 tarihi itibariyle konsolide 867,5 Mn TL seviyesinde Faiz Vergi Amortisman Öncesi Kar (FAVÖK) ve 1.084 Mn TL dönem karı elde etmiştir.

2023 yılı 3. Çeyrek döneminde oluşan FAVÖK bu yılın 2. çeyrek dönemine göre %52 oranında artış göstererek 350 Mn TL seviyesinde gerçekleşmiştir.

2023 yılı 3. Çeyrek döneminde elde edilen FAVÖK'ün bir önceki çeyreğe göre artış göstermesine rağmen geçen senin aynı döneminde elde edilen FAVÖK'e göre kıyaslandığında %17 oranında azalmıştır. FAVÖK'te meydana gelen azalmanın ana sebebi bu sene uygulanmış olan AUF mekanizması ile baskılan elektrik satış fiyatlarıdır.

Kaynak bazlı AUF mekanizmasının Ekim 2023 döneminden itibaren uygulamadan kalkmasıyla birlikte 2023 yılı 4. Çeyrek döneminden başlayarak faaliyet karı üzerinde olumlu yansıması beklenmektedir.

Diğer taraftan 11.07.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında belirtilen davaya ilişkin tesis edilen karar, Ankara 8. İdare mahkemesi tarafından bozulmuş olup, Danıştay başvurusunda bulunularak davanın esastan görülmesine devam edilecektir. Danıştay başvurusu sonrasında söz konusu davanın Danıştay nezdinde neticelenmesinden sonra ilgili süreç kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.

As of 30 September 2023, consolidated Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) was realized at TL 867.5 Mn and net profit for the period was at TL 1,084 Mn.

In Q32023, EBITDA increased by 52% compared to the 2nd quarter of this year and was realised at TL 350 Mn.

Although EBITDA increased in Q32023, compared to the previous quarter, it decreased by 17% compared to the same period of the previous year. The main reason for the decrease in EBITDA is the suppressed electricity sales prices due to the AUF mechanism implemented this year.

With the termination of the Sourced-Based AUF Mechanism as of October 2023, it is expected to have a positive impact on operating profit starting from the 4th quarter of 2023.

On the other hand, the decision regarding the lawsuit mentioned in the material event disclosure dated 11.07.2023 has been reversed by the Ankara 8th Administrative Court and the case will continue to be heard on the merits by applying to the Council of State. After the application to the Council of State, the relevant process will be shared with the public after the finalisation of the case before the Council of State.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
