23.05.2023 tarihli açıklamamızla bağlı ortaklıklarımızdan Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş.'nin Romanya'da The National Road Infrastructure Management Company S.A. (CNAIR) tarafından yaptırılması planlanan "Ploiesti-Buzau Highway Lot 3: Pietroasele-Buzau, km 49+350 –km 63+250" Projesini üstlenmek üzere ihaleyi kazandığını bildirir yazıyı aldığı, 6 Haziran 2023 tarihli açıklamamızda ise konu ihalenin sonucuna itirazda bulunulduğunu ve itiraz süreci tamamlandığında tekrar bilgilendirme yapılacağı açıklanmıştı.

Romanya Otoyol İdaresi'nden alınan 23.10.2023 tarihli yazıda, yapılan itiraz neticesinde yeniden yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda, itirazda bulunan diğer isteklinin ihaleyi kazandığı bildirilmiştir.

Further to the announcement dated 23.05.2023 on receiving a letter of award by Tekfen Construction and Installation Co, Inc,  from The National Road Infrastructure Management Company S.A. (CNAIR) as the owner of the project, for Execution of Works "Ploiesti-Buzau Hıghway Lot 3: Pietroasele-Buzau, km 49+350 –km 63+250" in Romania and that there is contestation against the results of the tender and in our later statement dated June 6, 2023, it was announced that there was contestation against the results of the tender.

In the letter received from the Romanian Highway Administration dated 23.10.2023, it was stated that as a result of revaulation that was made after the contestation, Tender has been awarded to an another tenderer contestated against the results of the tender.
