Our Board of Directors' Annual Report for the period of 1 January 2023-30 September 2023, prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on "Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (II-14.1)" and approved by the resolution of Board of Directors no.61 dated 24 October 2023, is presented in the attached file.
