İstanbul ili, Bağcılar İlçesi, Göztepe Mahallesi 2048 ada ve 31 parselde yapımı planlanan Hayat City Mahmutbey konut projesi için Yapı Ruhsatı 25.10.2023 tarihi itibari ile alınmıştır.

Proje kapsamında 29.425,77 m2 inşaat alanında 142 konut ve 6 ticari bağımsız bölüm yapılması planlanmaktadır.

Ayrıca;

10.08.2023 tarihinde açıklanan İstanbul ili, Beşiktaş İlçesi, Balmumcu Mahallesi 637 ada ve 246 parselde yapımı planlanan 16.423,96 m2 inşaat alanına sahip Özak Palas konut projesinde 34 adet konut bulunmaktadır.

A Building Permit was obtained as of  25.10.2023 for the Hayat City Mahmutbey housing project, which is planned to be built on island 2048, parcel 31 in Bağcılar District, Göztepe District of Istanbul province.

Within the scope of the project, it is planned to build 142 units and 6 commercial independent sections on a construction area of  29,425.77 m2.

Moreover;

There are 34 units in the Özak Palas housing project, which has a construction area of 16,423.96 m2 and is planned to be built on island 637, parcel 246 in Balmumcu District of Beşiktaş District of Istanbul Province, announced on 10.08.2023.
