Şirketimizin 600.000.000 TL olan Kayıtlı Sermaye Tavanı dahilinde, 135.600.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 339.000.000 TL'si Emisyon Primi hesabından karşılanmak suretiyle, 474.600.000 TL'ye arttırılmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan İhraç Belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

The Issuance Document approved by the Capital Markets Board, regarding the increase of our company's issued capital from 135,600,000 TL to 474,600,000 TL by utilizing share premium amounting 339,000,000 TL within the Registered Capital Ceiling of  600,000,000 TL is attached.
