Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII-128.1 Sayılı Pay Tebliğ'nin 29. Maddesi 5. Fıkrası Gereğince Hazırlanan "Halka Arz Fiyatının Belirlenmesinde Esas Alınan Varsayımlara İlişkin Denetim Komitesi Tarafından Hazırlanan Gerçekleşme ve Değerlendirme Raporu" ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.
