Landi Renzo signed an agreement to complete the current supply until the end of 2025

Cavriago (RE), 4 July 2025 – Notice hereby given that Landi Renzo S.p.A. ("Landi Renzo" or the 'Company') signed an agreement with a leading customer in the OEM market aimed at implementing the commercial understandings reached between the parties under which the Company will continue to supply LPG Kits until December 31, 2025 under the current program, committing to comply with "after-sale" supply obligations for 10 years against the customer's of an extraordinary monetary contribution.

As part of this, the two companies may consider potential programs together in the future.
