Report Content Zarząd VARSAV Game Studios S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako "Emitent", "Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego numer 4/2024 ("Zawarcie umowy wydawniczej dla gier Bee Simulator oraz Bee Simulator: Ultimate Edition") oraz raportu bieżącego numer 14/2025 ("Zwrot nakładów na produkcję gry Bee Simulator: The Hive"), niniejszym informuje, że premiera gry Bee Simulator: The Hive (ostateczny tytuł dla Bee Simulator: Ultimate Edition) na PC została wyznaczona przez wydawcę - Untold Tales S.A. na dzień 04.08.2025.  

Emitent poinfomruję w oddzielnych komunikatach o dacie premiery gry w wersji na konsole Xbox, PlayStation oraz Switch.  

Zarząd Emitenta zdecydował o publikacji powyższej informacji z uwagi na fakt, iż może mieć ona istotny wpływ na kształtowanie się sytuacji finansowej i majątkowej Emitenta oraz potencjalnie istotny wpływ na wycenę instrumentów finansowych Spółki.
