1. Samenvatting van de kennisgeving

In overeenstemming met artikel 14, 1ste lid, van de wet van 2 mei 2007 op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen, heeft Aedifica NV op 3 juli 2025 een transparantiekennisgeving ontvangen van BlackRock, Inc. (met maatschappelijke zetel te 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY, 10001, VS) naar aanleiding van wijzigingen in zijn groepsstructuur die door BlackRock zijn aangekondigd op 1 juli 2025.

BlackRock, Inc. (samen met verbonden vennootschappen) bezit nu 5,95% van de stemrechten verbonden aan effecten en 0,29% van de stemrechten via gelijkgestelde financiële instrumenten (volgens de vorige kennisgeving van 12 juni 2025, bezat de groep 5,45% van de stemrechten verbonden aan effecten en 0,46% van de stemrechten via gelijkgestelde financiële instrumenten). Het totale percentage in handen van BlackRock, Inc (effecten die stemrechten verlenen en stemrechten via gelijkgestelde financiële instrumenten) bedraagt 6,24%.
