ULTIMO ESERCIZIO E TERMINE DEI WARRANT MAGIS
Cerreto Guidi (FI), 4 luglio 2025 - Magis S.p.A. ("Magis" o la "Società"), società leader nella produzione di nastri adesivi personalizzati e sistemi di chiusura per il body care per infanzia e adulti, rende noto che durante il mese di giugno e fino al 3 luglio compreso ("Termine di Decadenza"), risultano pervenute richieste di esercizio di n. 109.699 "Warrant Magis S.p.A." (i "Warrant").
Di conseguenza, la Società ha provveduto ad emettere n. 31.580 azioni ordinarie, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 3.158. secondo le modalità previste dal regolamento dei Warrant.
Di conseguenza, ai sensi del relativo regolamento, i n. 101.875 Warrant residui, non essendo stati esercitati entro il Termine di Decadenza, hanno perso ogni validità ed effetto.

LAST EXERCISE AND TERMINATION OF MAGIS WARRANTS
Cerreto Guidi (FI), 4 July 2025 - Magis S.p.A. ("Magis" or the "Company"), leading manufacturer of customised adhesive tapes and fastening systems for adults and infancy body care, announces that, during the month of June and as at 3 July included (the "Forfeiture Deadline"), it received request to exercise no. 109,699 "Magis S.p.A. Warrants" (the "Warrants").
As such, the Company proceeded to issue no. 31,580 ordinary shares, for a total value of Euro 3,158 according to the Terms & Conditions of the Warrants.
Therefore, according to the Terms & Conditions of the Warrants, no. 101,875 Warrants outstanding as at the Forfeiture Date lost all rights and became invalid for all purposes.
