Şirketimizin 13.11.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamasıyla kamuya duyurulan Yönetim Kurulu kararına istinaden; 150.000.000,-TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 33.000.000,-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayemizin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle 66.000.000,-TL'ye çıkarılması nedeniyle artırılacak 33.000.000,-TL tutarındaki payların ihraç ve halka arzına ilişkin olarak hazırlanan İzahnamenin onaylanması talebiyle bugün (12.12.2023 tarihinde) Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
