Dear Shareholders, Our Company's application for the issuance of debt instruments to be issued in Turkish Lira in different maturities within one year to be sold to qualified investors without public domestically, which was made to the Capital Markets Board on 06.11.2023, was approved by the Capital Markets Board at its bulletin dated 21.12.2023 and numbered 2023/80 with an issuance ceiling amount of TL 1,000,000,000. It is respectfully announced to the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
