Our company will ensure the compliance of the occupational health and safety management system. This system will continually improve its performance while considering occupational health and safety requirements.

Ege Endüstri measures and evaluates the occupational health and safety requirements. It reviews the occupational health and safety management system and its objectives monthly and annually. It sets new improvement objectives and is socially conscious of its responsibilities regarding occupational safety.

Our Occupational Health and Safety System and Sustainability Requirements involve:

Compliance with legal regulations and other legal requirements, commitment to occupational health risk assessments conducted with employee representation, adherence to occupational safety rules, undertaking necessary corrective actions to prevent injuries and health impairments, eliminating or reducing occupational health and safety risks, ensuring the use of personal protective equipment, ensuring machine safety, workplace ergonomics, fire safety, emergency preparedness, considering risks and opportunities in the handling of chemical and / or biological substances, incident and accident management, aiming for continuous improvement.

We manage, implement, and continually update the issues stated in our OHS policy in line with our sustainability approach. Accordingly, we aim to consider the direct and indirect social impacts of our activities, eliminate our negative impacts, and increase our positive impacts. It is our duty to promote occupational health and safety awareness among our suppliers, subcontractors, and every company and individual in our environment.

All necessary meetings, trainings, and arrangements to ensure the understanding and dissemination of all our objectives are the responsibility of our top management.
