Environmental Policy

Ege Endüstri is a successful establishment engaged in the production and assembly of differential casings, axles, and associated components for heavy-duty, commercial, light commercial, and passenger vehicles (excluding gears and differentials). It continuously evolves by developing innovative products bearing the signature or patents of Ege Endüstri as a result of robust R&D efforts. We attribute our success to our commitment to, and continuous enhancement of, quality, timeliness, pricing, flexibility in performance, as well as our respect for environmental concerns and occupational health and safety in front of our customers. Our company will ensure the compliance of the environmental management system. This system will continually improve its performance while considering environmental requirements.

Ege Endüstri measures and evaluates environmental compliance requirements. It reviews the environmental management system and its objectives monthly and annually. It sets new improvement objectives and is socially conscious of its responsibilities regarding the environment.

Our Environmental Management System and Sustainability Requirements involve:

Reducing the use of natural and other resources, avoiding or minimizing the use of hazardous and polluting substances, reducing waste to air, water, and soil, preventing pollution, preserving biodiversity and animal rights, considering land use and deforestation effects resulting from our activities, reporting our greenhouse gas emissions and reducing our emission intensity, reducing noise emissions, enhancing energy efficiency, evaluating the use of renewable energy, supporting decarbonisation activities, aiming for continuous improvement while considering risks and opportunities.

We manage, implement, and continually update the issues stated in our environmental policy in line with our sustainability approach. Accordingly, we aim to consider the direct and indirect environmental impacts of our activities, support the circular economy, eliminate our negative impacts, and increase our positive impacts.

It is our duty to promote environmental awareness among our suppliers, subcontractors, and every company and individual in our environment.

All necessary meetings, trainings, and arrangements to ensure the understanding and dissemination of all our objectives are the responsibility of our top management.
