Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme kuruluşu Moody's, 12 Ocak 2024 tarihinde Türkiye'nin yabancı para cinsinden uzun vadeli kredi notunu "B3" olarak teyit ederek, not görünümünü "Durağan"dan "Pozitif"e revize etmesinin ardından; 19 Ocak 2024'te Şişecam'ın yabancı para cinsinden uzun vadeli kredi notunu "B3" olarak teyit ederek, görünümünü "Durağan"dan "Pozitif"e revize etmiştir.

Following the revision of the Outlook on Government of Turkey to "Positive" from "Stable" by Moody's on January 12, 2024 while affirming the Long-Term Issuer Default Rating at "B3"; the International Credit Rating Agency has revised the Outlook on Şişecam's Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating to "Positive" from "Stable" and affirmed the rating at "B3" on January 19, 2024.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
