Committee membership changes

Hays plc ("Hays") today announces t he following changes to the composition of the Board Committees with immediate effect:

·      Helen Cunningham, Joe Hurd and Susan Murray will step down as members of the Audit and Risk Committee.

·      Joe Hurd, Cheryl Millington and Zarin Patel will step down as members of the Remuneration Committee.

Following the above changes the composition of the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee will be as follows:
