Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 26.01.2024. With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the Board of Directors has decided to issue TRY denominated green and/or sustainable debt instruments through public offering up to TRY 5 billion nominal domestically, within the scope of the "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, in batches with various amounts, types, terms and yields; and authorized the Head Office for the determination of all conditions and execution of operations with related institutions regarding the debt issuances which will be made through public offering only.In accordance with the related resolution, the necessary application is made to Capital Markets Board by our Bank. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
