14.12.2022 ve 26.12.2022 tarihlerinde Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) açıklanan Şirketimizin Elazığ Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde 3 etaplı olarak kurulması planlanan Tarımsal Sulama Tesisi yatırımımızın 1. etabının 10.04.2023 tarihinde tamamlanarak üretime başlanıldığına ve 2. Etabı olan Teknolojik Damlama Sulama Sistemi hatlarımızın montaj ve kurulumunun ise 29.12.2023 tarihinde tamamlanarak sistemin devreye alındığına ilişkin özel durum açıklamaları KAP'ta yayınlanmıştır.

Tarımsal Sulama Tesisi Yatırımımız çerçevesinde 2. etap hatlarımızda gerekli testler tamamlanarak 02.02.2024 tarihinde (bugün) itibariyle üretim başlamıştır.

Yatırımımızın 2. etabının tamamlanması ile boru grubu toplam cirosunun %10 oranında artması beklenmektedir.

Yatırımımızın 3. ve son etabı olan Basınç Ayarlı Damlama Sulama Sistemleri hatlarımızın Mart 2024 ayı içerisinde teslim edilmesi beklenmektedir.

Yatırım teşvik belgesi kapsamında gerçekleştirilmekte olup, 10 yıl süreyle SGK primi işveren hissesi desteği, ücret gelir vergisi desteği, %90 kurumlar vergisi indirimi, faiz desteği, gümrük vergisi muafiyeti ve KDV istisnası sağlanmıştır.

Kamuoyuna saygı ile duyurulur.

Special disclosures regarding the completion and commencement of production of the 1st stage on 10.04.2023 and the initiation of assembly and installation of our Technological Drip Irrigation System lines, which constitute the 2nd stage of our company's Agricultural Irrigation Facility investment planned in 3 stages in Elazığ Organized Industrial Zone, were announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 14.12.2022 and 26.12.2022.

Within the scope of our Agricultural Irrigation Facility Investment, necessary tests have been completed in the 2nd stage lines, and as of today, 02.02.2024, production has started.

With the completion of the 2nd stage of our investment, it is expected that the total revenue of the pipe group will increase by 10%.

The 3rd and final stage of our investment, which includes Pressure Compensated Drip Irrigation System lines, is expected to be delivered in March 2024.

The investment is carried out within the scope of the investment incentive certificate, providing support for 10 years, including employer's share of social security premiums, income tax support, 90% corporate tax reduction, interest support, customs duty exemption, and VAT exemption.
