İlgide kayıtlı açıklamalarımızda yer alan sürece ilişkin olarak TMSF ile karşılıklı ibra yoluna gidilmek üzere mutabakata varılmış ve yargılamaya konu bakiye, faiz dahil 48 milyon USD olarak TMSF'ye ödenmiş olup, ilgili tutarın tamamına 31.12.2023 itibarıyla gerekli karşılık ayrılacaktır.

Regarding the process that was mentioned in the referenced public disclosures, a mutual discharge agreement was reached with SDIF and the balance of 48 million USD, including interest, subject to the lawsuit was paid to SDIF, and the necessary provisions will be set aside for the entirety of the amount as of 31.12.2023.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
