Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 24.08.2023 tarih ve 49/1008 sayılı kararı ile onaylanan ihraç tavanı kapsamında, şirketimiz tarafından, Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş.'nin fon kullanıcısı olarak yer alacağı, yurt içi piyasada, yönetim sözleşmesine dayalı, halka arz yöntemiyle satılmak üzere, ek satış ile 150.000.000.- Türk lirasına kadar artırılabilecek 100.000.000.- Türk lirası tutarındaki 182 gün vadeli kira sertifikasının halka arz yöntemiyle yurt içinde ihracına ilişkin başvurumuzun Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylandığı duyurulmuştu.
