08.12.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda duyurulduğu üzere, yurt içinde yapılması planlanan borçlanma aracı ihraç tavanına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("SPK") ihraç belgelerinin onaylanması talebiyle yaptığımız başvurumuz; SPK'nın 08.02.2024 tarihli ve 9/184 sayılı toplantısında onaylanmıştır.

Onaylı İhraç Belgesi ve Başvuru Formu ekte yer almaktadır.

Kamuoyunun bilgisine sunarız.

As announced in our special disclosure dated December 8, 2023, our application submitted to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") for the approval of the issuance documents regarding the borrowing instrument issuance ceiling planned to be conducted domestically has been approved at the CMB's meeting dated February 8, 2024, with decision number 9/184.

The approved Issuance Document and Application Form are attached herewith.

We hereby inform the public accordingly.
