Yönetim Kurulumuzun 8 Şubat 2024 tarihli kararı uyarınca, Şirket çıkarılmış sermayesinin nakdi ve tahsisli olarak artırılması için 14 Şubat 2024 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

Gerçekleştirilecek nakdi ve tahsisli sermaye artırımı kapsamında mevcut ortakların yeni pay alma hakları tamamen kısıtlanacak ve ihraç edilecek payların tamamı Şirketimizin hâkim ortağı Erdemoğlu Holding A.Ş.'ye tahsisli olarak satılacaktır.

Pursuant to the Board Resolution dated 8 February 2024, an application was made to the Capital Markets Board on 14 February 2024 in order to obtain permission to increase the Company's issued capital in cash through private placement.

Within the scope of the capital increase in cash through private placement to be realized, the preemptive rights of shareholders will be completely restricted and all of the new shares to be issued will be sold through private placement to the controlling shareholder of the Company, Erdemoğlu Holding A.Ş.
