b) Within the framework of the information they have in the field of duty and responsibility in the company, the unconsolidated financial reports prepared in accordance with the Communiqué do not contain any misstatements, or any deficiencies that may result in misleading as of the date of disclosure,

c) Within the framework of the information they have in the field of duty and responsibility in the company, we declare that the unconsolidated financial statements honestly reflect the truth about company's assets, liabilities, financial situation and profit and loss.

SORUMLULUK BEYANI

a) 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 dönemine ilişkin  konsolide olmayan finansal tabloların tarafımızca incelendiğini,

b)  İşletmedeki görev sorumluluk alanında sahip oldukları bilgiler çercevesinde konsolide olmayan raporun, tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tablonun önemli konularda

gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) İşletmedeki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip oldukları bilgiler çercevesinde, konsolide olmayan finansal tablonun işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kâr ve

zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
