29.02.2024 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile;

Şirketimizin sermaye piyasası mevzuatına (TFRS) göre hazırlanan mali tablolarında 31.12.2023 tarihi itibarıyla 577.122.211 TL net dönem karı, yasal kayıtlarında (VUK) ise 148.077.351,48 TL net dönem karı oluşmuştur. Yapılacak olası yeni yatırımlar neticesinde doğabilecek nakit ihtiyacı sebebiyle karın dağıtılmayarak Şirket bünyesinde tutulmasına, Sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolar ile yasal kayıtlardaki net dönem karları üzerinden mevzuat gereği ayrılması gereken tutarların ayrılmasından sonra kalan bakiyenin olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasına ve bu teklifin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verildi.
