In the accounting period ending on December 31, 2023, the net period profit of 1,123,212,743.00 TL according to the CMB and the net period profit of 4,062,113,152.92 TL in the legal records will be set aside as extraordinary reserve funds, our company strategies, investment and financing policies following the evaluation made by taking this into account, it was decided on the meeting that no profit distribution would be made and that the proposal in the table below should be submitted to the General Assembly for approval.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
