Within the framework of the capital market legislation, it has been decided by our Company to issue debt instruments up to TL 30,000,000,000 (Thirty Billion Turkish Liras) in total, without public offering, to qualified investors through sales and private placement methods. General Directorate has been authorized to determine the conditions other than those specified in the decision regarding the debt instruments to be issued and making the necessary applications to the Capital Markets Board, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. and other relevant authorities for the realization of issuances. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
