Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye İş Bankası (İşbank) dated 04.03.2024.

As per the resolution of the Board of Directors of Isbank dated 12.03.2024, profit distribution for the year 2023 is decided to be submitted to the General Assembly for approval as in the attached tables; and to be started on 01.04.2024.

As per stated in the General Assembly Information Document attached to related public disclosure dated 04.03.2024, following the permission obtained and the completion of the procedures, the Board of Directors' Profit Distribution Proposal is submitted for our shareholders' review on Public Disclosure Platform, on our Bank's internet address of www.isbank.com.tr, at the EGMS portal of the CRA and in our branches.

Due to technical constraints on Public Disclosure Platform, "Dividend Distributed to the Owners of Redeemed Shares" amounting to 9,515.59 TL was classified under the "Dividend Distributed to Owners of Privileged Shares" item.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
