The share buy-back transactions executed on 13.03.2024 based on the authorization given within the scope of the "Share Buy-Back Program", approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company dated 31 March 2023 and numbered 79, and the Board of Directors decisions dated 27 April 2023 and 11 March 2024 are added to the table.

On 13.03.2024, 4,425,000 shares were bought-back from the TL 44.52 – TL 45.20 price range (average TL 44.96). The total transaction amount was TL 198,933,793.

As of 13.03.2024, total nominal value of repurchased shares have become TRY 31,225,000 which represents 0.892% of the share capital, following the transactions.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
