Dear Shareholders;

The decision of the Board of Directors dated March 6, 2024 regarding the use of our Company's Profit for 2023 was revised with the decision of the Board of Directors dated March 21, 2024.

Within the scope of our Company's decision dated March 21, 2024; it has been decided to allocate the net profit of TL 1,123,212,743 for the accounting period ending on December 31, 2023 in accordance with the CMB and the net profit of TL 2,665,056,606.70 in the legal records as extraordinary reserves, not to distribute dividends after the evaluation made by taking into account our Company strategies, investment and financing policies, and to submit the proposal in the table below to the approval of the General Assembly.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
