Şirket Yönetim Kurulu 25.03.2024 tarihli toplantısında, 2024 yılında, şirketimizin kamuya açıklanan son finansal tablolarda yer alan satışların maliyeti veya hasılatın %10' una veya daha fazlasına ulaşması öngörülen şirket ve bağlı ortaklıklar ile ilişkili tarafları arasındaki yaygın veya süreklilik arz eden işlemlerin şartlarına ve piyasa koşulları ile karşılaştırılmalarına ilişkin olarak yönetim kurulumuzca Güreli Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim Hizmetleri  A.Ş. tarafından düzenlenen rapor dikkate alınarak hazırlanan raporun sonuç bölümünün KAP'ta yayınlanmasına karar vermiştir.

It was unanimously resolved to publish the conclusion section of the report which is prepared by Güreli Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik  ve Bağımsız Denetim Hizmetleri  A.Ş. with respect to the terms and conditions of the transactions which are common and of a continuous nature between the Company and its subsidiaries and related parties and comparing these transactions with market conditions and expected to reach during 2024 and 10% or more of the cost of sales or revenues stated in the publicly disclosed 2023 annual financial statements of the Company.

Result of the report; In accordiance with the Capital Markets Board Communiqué II.17 .1 numbered "Corporate Governance" communiqué of the Capital Markets Board, taking into account the study commissioned by the Independent Audit Firm regarding the widespread and continuous transactions between the company and its subsidiaries and related parties, which are foreseen to reach 10% or more of the cost of sales or revenue in our company's 2023 annual financial statements disclosed to the public in 2024, in the evaluation made within the framework of the issues in paragraph 3 of Article 10 of the relevant communiqué.
