İstanbul ili, Zeytinburnu İlçesi, Maltepe Mahallesi 2945 Ada 68 Parselde gerçekleştirilecek konut projesinin Yapı Ruhsatı alınmıştır.

Proje kapsamında toplam 82.529,13 m2 inşaat alanında 307 adet konut ve 13 adet ticari bağımsız bölüm inşa edilmesi planlanmaktadır.

A Building Permit is obtained as of 28.03.2024 for the Topkapı housing project, which is planned to be built on island 2945, parcel 68 in Maltepe District, Zeytinburnu District of Istanbul province.

Within the scope of the project, it is planned to build 307 units and 13 commercial independent sections on a construction area of 82.529,13 m2.
