Şirketimizin 05.12.2022 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında belirtilen, bağlı ortaklığımız Ekoten Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş.'nin ("Ekoten") yatırım teşvik belgesi desteği ile İzmir/Torbalı Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'ndeki örgü fabrikasında kapasite artırımı ve ürün çeşitliliğine imkan tanıyan, yuvarlak örgü makinası ve yapay zeka destekli kumaş hata tespit sistemi yatırımları yapılmıştır. Yatırımlara ek olarak ilgili yatırım teşvik belgesinin toplam yatırım tutarı revize edilerek 4.030.007 Amerikan Doları'na yükseltilmiştir. Söz konusu belgenin bitiş tarihi 20.10.2025 olup, teşvik konusu kalemler, uzun vadeli potansiyel yatırımları içerdiğinden, günün ekonomik koşulları ve şirketin finansal durumuna göre değerlendirilerek ilgili yatırımın yapılıp yapılmamasına ve teşvikin süresinin uzatılmasına süreç içinde karar verilecektir.

Ayrıca, Şirketimizin 16.12.2022 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında belirtilen, Ekoten'in İzmir/Torbalı'daki üretim merkezinde yatırım teşvik belgesi ile yaptığı, ü retim sürecinde tükettiği suyun tamamına yakınının geri kazanılarak tekrar üretimde kullanılması hedeflenen ve bu sayede sürdürülebilir iş modeli anlamında önemli ölçüde değer yaratacak olan atık su geri dönüşüm yatırımına ilişkin olarak tesis kurulmuş olup, kalibrasyon, fizibilite ve performans testi çalışmaları devam etmektedir. Konu ile ilgili gelişmeler kamuya bildirilecektir.

As stated in our Company's material event disclosure dated 05.12.2022, our subsidiary Ekoten Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Ekoten") has invested in circular knitting machine and artificial intelligence supported fabric fault detection system enabling capacity increase and product diversification in the knitting factory in İzmir/Torbalı Organized Industrial Zone with the support of the investment incentive certificate. In addition to the investments, the total investment amount of the related investment incentive certificate was revised and increased to 4,030,007 USD. The expiry date of the certificate is 20.10.2025, and since the incentive items include potential long-term investments, it will be decided in the process whether to make the relevant investment and extend the duration of the incentive by evaluating the economic conditions of the day and the financial situation of the Company.

In addition, as stated in our Company's material event disclosure dated 16.12.2022, the facility has been established and calibration, feasibility and performance test studies are ongoing regarding the wastewater recycling investment, made by Ekoten with an investment incentive certificate at its production center in Izmir/Torbalı, which aims to recover almost all of the water consumed in the production process and reuse it in production and thus creating significant value in terms of sustainable business model. Developments related to the subject will be disclosed to the public.
