Bankamız Yönetim Kurulu'nun yeşil/sürdürülebilir borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin 26.01.2024 tarihli kararı kapsamında gerçekleştirilecek olan 3 milyar Türk Lirası nominal değerli 126 gün vadeli yeşil finansman bonosu halka arzına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan "Özet" ekte yer almaktadır.

İlgili talep toplama işlemi 15-16-17-18-19 Nisan 2024 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilecektir.

Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of İşbank dated 26.01.2024 on the issuance of green/sustainable debt instruments, the Summary related to the public offering of İşbank's green bills with a nominal value of TL 3 billion and with a term of 126 days, which was certified by the Capital Markets Board is attached hereto.

The book building will be realized on 15-16-17-18-19 April 2024.
