İlgide kayıtlı 22 Mart 2024 tarihli açıklamamız ekinde yer alan İş Bankası yeşil/sürdürülebilir borçlanma araçlarına ilişkin İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanında meydana gelen değişiklikleri içeren "İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı Güncelleme Metni" Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanmıştır. Söz konusu belgeye ve değişikliklerin işlendiği, tek metin haline getirilmiş "İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı"na ekte yer verilmiştir.

The "updated text of the Issuer Information Document" covering changes made on Issuer Information Document related to İşbank's green/sustainable debt instruments, which was attached to İşbank's disclosure on 22.03.2024, has been certified by the Capital Markets Board. The abovementioned document and consolidated "Issuer Information Document" which contains the changes are attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
