Şirketimizin 28 Mart 2024 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, 2024 yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin verilen karar Adana Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 4 Nisan 2024 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 4 Nisan 2024 tarih, 11058 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

In order to audit the financial reports for the year 2024, the decision on the selection of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor, taken at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company held on 28 March 2024, has been registered by Adana Trade Registry on 4 April 2024 and announced on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette no.11058, dated 4 April 2024.
