Within the context of the resolution made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Board of Directors regarding "partial facilitated demerger through associate model" in order to manage mentioned subsidiaries and affiliate under a holding company which will be incorporated as a 100% subsidiary of our Bank, the applications have been made to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency as per related Banking regulations and Capital Markets Board as per related Capital Markets regulations.
This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
