Annual simple interest rate on the debt instrument specified in the Capital Market Instrument Note and Summary within the framework of the provision of the 2nd paragraph of the 10th article titled "Sale periods for capital market issues realized through public offering" of the Communiqué on the Sale of Capital Market Instruments (II-5.2). The interest rate has been changed in favor of the investors and the annual simple interest rate has been changed to 55.00%, the annual compound interest rate has been changed to 65.4632% and the issue price has been changed to 0.84043.
