Change of Annual General Meeting Date

Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), a provider of fire safety and heat management technology solutions to a wide range of users across the globe, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, originally scheduled to be held on 8 July 2025, will now take place on 4 August 2025 at 10:30am.

The venue of the AGM is unchanged and will be held at the offices of Zenova Group Plc, 160 Camden High Street, London, NW1 ONE.
