Argeo ASA: Administrative appeal filed against qualification for four-year contract in South America

Asker, 4 July 2025: With reference to Argeo ASA's ("Argeo" or the "Company") stock exchange releases dated 24 January, 31 March and 2 July 2025 regarding Argeo's first position in a tender competition for a four-year ROV & AUV Support Vessel (RSV) contract in South America.

The Company hereby informs that it has been notified that another contractor has filed an administrative appeal within the permitted timeframe for complaints challenging the qualification of Argeo Venture.

The Company will disclose further information as soon as more details are available or when a decision has been made public.
