Our company has unanimously decided, at the General Assembly held on 16.04.2024, to distribute a gross profit share of 150,002,212 TL from the 2023 net profit determined in accordance with the Turkish Accounting / Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TMS / TFRS) and Non-Consolidated basis, within the framework of the Capital Markets Board Series: II, No:14.1 'Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets'. Accordingly, it has been unanimously decided to distribute cash dividends at a gross rate of 634.93% and a net rate of 571.44% per share with a nominal value of 1 TL each to fully liable institutions, with an amount of 6.3493 TL per share for the gross dividend and 5.71437 TL per share for the net dividend, with the dividend payment date set as 26.09.2024
