6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca, belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak,  Denetimden Sorumlu Komitenin önerisiyle, 2024 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporların denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere, Reşitpaşa Mahallesi Eski Büyükdere Cad. No :14 Park Plaza Kat:3 İç Kapı No :10  Sarıyer İstanbul adresinde bulunan İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'nde 561406-0 Ticaret Sicil Numarası ile kayıtlı PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim AŞ'nin Şirket'in Bağımsız Denetim şirketi olarak 2024 yılı hesap dönemi için seçilmesinin onaylanmasına ilişkin 29.03.2024 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı, 22.04.2024 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

Dear Shareholders,

Pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Capital Markets Law No. 6362, in accordance with the principles set forth, upon the proposal of the Audit Committee, the General Assembly resolution dated 29.03.2024 about the approval of the selection of PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim AŞ, registered at the Istanbul Trade Registry Office with Trade Registry No. 561406-0 at Reşitpaşa Mahallesi Eski Büyükdere Cad. N 14 Park Plaza Kat: 3 Interior Door N 10 Sarıyer Istanbul, as an audit company to carry out the audit of the Company's financial reports and the other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations for the fiscal year 2024 was registered and published on 22.04.2024.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
