Additional Explanations

Şirketimizin 25.05.2024 tarihli 2023 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında;

Şirketimizin 2023 yılına ait finansal tablolarının incelenmesi sonucunda, dönem vergi ve birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe tutarları sonrası, SPK mevzuatı uyarınca hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre 82.857.582,04 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre 259.272.802,30 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunduğu görülmüş;

a. 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak, Şirket Esas Sözleşmemizin Karın Tespit ve Tevzii başlıklı 17. maddesi ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 519. maddesi uyarınca ayrılması gereken tüm genel kanuni yedek akçelerinin ayrılmasına ve pay sahiplerine dönem karı ve dağıtılabilir geçmiş yıl karları ile olağanüstü yedeklerden toplam (brüt) 320.000.000 TL'nin kâr payı olarak dağıtılmasına,

b. Kâr payı ödeme tarihinin 07.05.2024 olarak belirlenmesine,

oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
