Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun, 15.04.2024 tarih ve 7 sayılı toplantısında; Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin teklifi üzerine aldığı karar doğrultusunda; Şirketimizin 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 faaliyet ve hesaplarının denetimi konusunda KPMG BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş.'nin seçilmesi yönündeki teklifi, 17.04.2024 tarihinde yapılan 2023 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklar tarafından onaylanmıştı.

Söz konusu karar; İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

Upon the proposal of the Audit Committee, in accordance with the decision taken by the Board of Directors of our Company at its meeting dated 15.04.2024 and numbered 7, the proposal to appoint KPMG BAĞIMSIZ DENIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRİRLİK A.Ş. for the audit of the activities and accounts of our Company between 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 was approved by the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year 2023 held on 17.04.2024.

The aforementioned decision has been registered and announced by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office.
