Additional Explanations

At our company's 2023 Ordinary General Assembly meeting; Taking into account our Company's Profit Distribution Policy, 12,756,681.24 TL will be distributed to our shareholders as dividends at the rate of 10% of the net distributable period profit figure based on the independently audited financial statements of the 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 accounting period for 2023. It has been decided to transfer the remaining amount to extraordinary reserves after allocating the dividend that is planned to be distributed in cash from the profit generated according to our legal records and the general legal reserves that must be allocated in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, and to authorize the Board of Directors to determine the profit distribution date.
