Yönetim Kurulumuzun 02/04/2024 tarihli toplantısında, 2023 yılı karının Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ile Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikasına uygun olarak, ekteki kar dağıtım tablosunda yer aldığı üzere toplam 570.000.000.-TL brüt kar dağıtılması hususlarının 30 Nisan 2024 tarihinde yapılacak olan Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
Ödenecek kar payının peşin veya taksitli ödenmesi ve ödeneceği tarihe 2023 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında karar verilecektir.
