The Sustainability Committee convenes as often as needed, but not less than three times a year. The Board of Directors supervises the effective execution of the activities of the Sustainability Committee. In this respect, the Board of Directors receives information from the Chairman of the Sustainability Committee as often as it deems necessary, at least once a year. In addition, some important items on the agenda of the company Sustainability Working Groups (Task Forces), which meet quarterly and report on strategic ESG activities, are also brought to the agenda of the Board of Directors when necessary. The Company's Assistant General Management of Operational Excellence ensures the effective execution of the sustainability task forces.

Ortaklığın sürdürülebilirlik stratejilerinin belirlenmesinde iç ve dış önemli paydaşların görüşleri alınarak önceliklendirme analizi yapılmıştır ve öncelikli konulara yönelik stratejik faaliyetler hayata geçirilmiştir. Sürdürülebilirlik Raporu Sürdürülebilirlik Yönetişimi Bölümü'nde paydaş analizi ve önceliklendirme analizi detayları altında kamuya açıklanmıştır.

In identifying the sustainability strategies of the Group, a materiality analysis was conducted by taking the opinions of important internal and external stakeholders and strategic activities were implemented to address the material issues. Stakeholder analysis and materiality analysis were publicly disclosed in the Sustainability Governance Section of the Sustainability Report.
