Şirket ortaklarından Mehmet DORA ve Mustafa Fatih ÜNAL 20.12.2022 tarihinde; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre denetlenmiş finansal tablolarına göre hesaplanacak 2022 ve 2023 yıllarındaki Faiz, Amortisman ve Vergi Öncesi Kar (FAVÖK) beklentileri konusunda; halka arz fiyatının belirlenmesine ilişkin fiyat tespit raporunda belirtilen FAVÖK tutarının gerçekleşebileceği konusunda taahhüt vermiştir. RAM Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş tarafından denetlenen, 1 Ocak 2023 – 31 Aralık 2023 hesap dönemine ilişkin, TMS/TFRS esasına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarda ise  FAVÖK 356.278.122,00 TL olarak gerçekleşmiş olup,  bu tutar fiyat tespit raporunda belirtilen 223.324.008,00 TL'lık FAVÖK taahhüdünün üzerindedir.

On December 20, 2022, Shareholders Mehmet DORA and Mustafa Fatih ÜNAL made a commitment affirming that the projected Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) amounts, as outlined in the price determination report for establishing the public offering price, are achievable. These projections are based on the anticipated financial performance for the years 2022 and 2023, calculated in accordance with the audited financial statements as per the Capital Markets Legislation. The financial statements for the accounting period January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023, audited by RAM Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. and prepared following TAS/TFRS, EBITDA was realized as TL 356.278.122,00. The amount is higher than the EBITDA commitment of TL 223.324.008,00  stated in the report on price determination.
